Summary: The breakfast area had no air conditioning so it was hot and stuffy. The orange juice machine was broke without a note on it, so everyone kept trying to use it. The hot food was in open container so it was room temperature.

Summary: The breakfast bar was not serviced the was outet covers missing all over. there was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan. we stay for the pool and it was closed

Summary: I stayed 2 nights and i was surprised i was not given clean towels. The stairs were not vacummed and breakfast area was not very clean.

Summary: The first room i entered with my key was already occupied by some young men. Greatful that i was just doorsdiwn from the office. As a woman traveling alone - that could have gone all kinds of wrong. The room was clean, spacious. The bed cizy with soft clean sheets. I was disappointed when i could not figure out how to access the pool area. It was dark, locked and no information about how to use ut.
